The Program Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the staff, residents, and volunteers; providing direct services to residents; implementing the goals and objectives of the organization and its related funding sources; managing the physical site; accessing community resources (both cash and in-kind); and providing community education and training.
Primary responsibility is the provision of direct and support services to sexual assault victims and their families.
