Emergency safe shelter for abused women and their children seeks individuals to serve as Night and Weekend Managers. These individuals would be fully responsible for the shelter and the provision of crisis intervention and support services to residents at night and on weekends. Ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree in human services, be experienced in working with people, possess good written and verbal communication skills, be sensitive to the needs of domestic and sexual assault victims, and have a non-judgmental attitude. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, physically able to lift, able to navigate stairs of two story house with basement, and capable of performing household tasks.
Bi-lingual proficiency is desirable.
Completion of Pee Dee Coalition’s victim advocacy training within first three months of employment is required.
