Hannah Stewart
Program Coordinator for Prevention & Specialized Advocacy

A native Tennessean, she spent her high school years in Dallas, Texas where she became spoiled to Tex-Mex.

A proud Koala, she earned an English degree from Columbia College. During her collegiate career she interned with Conservation Voters of South Carolina where she created communications campaigns advocating for environmental justice and ethics reform. As a staff writer for The PostScript Hannah focused on the dangers of censorship, followed the “me too” movement, and wrote on domestic violence and sexual assault issues in South Carolina and college campuses. It was during her time with these organizations that she was able to promote social justice through political activism and social change.

Hannah is committed to raising awareness of the underlining social issues that create an environment of domestic and sexual violence.
